1. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website or the table QR menu of Nocturnal Malt Houze (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Your visit to the restaurant itself is also subject to the house rules explained by our team.

3. Using the website

You may browse the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not copy, scrape, reproduce or redistribute its content, or use it in a way that could harm the website, the restaurant or other visitors.

4. Menu information and prices

• The online menu reflects the menu served at the restaurant. Items, ingredients, availability and prices can change, and some items may be unavailable on a given day.
• Photographs and films are for illustration; actual presentation may vary.
• The price you pay is the one on the bill prepared by our team at the restaurant, including any applicable taxes and charges shown on it.
• Please tell our team about any allergies or dietary needs before ordering. Allergen information is not listed online.

5. Offers and promotions

Offers shown on the website are subject to their stated conditions and dates, availability and confirmation by our team at the restaurant. We may change, pause or end an offer, and offers cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise.

6. The table QR menu and your tray

Each table’s QR code opens our menu for that table. You can add items to a personal “tray” to keep track of what you would like. The tray is only a list on your own device: nothing is ordered, sent to the kitchen or billed through the website. To order, please call a member of our team and show them your tray. Our team will confirm availability, any options and the final bill with you. The website does not take online orders, reservations, deliveries or payments.

7. Staff and administrator accounts

Staff and administrator areas of the website are for authorised Nocturnal Malt Houze team members only. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Account holders must keep their sign-in details confidential and tell an administrator immediately about any suspected misuse. Access may be suspended or removed at any time.

8. Prohibited use

You must not:

• attempt to access staff or administrator areas, accounts or data without authorisation;
• probe, scan or test the website for vulnerabilities, or interfere with its security, operation or other users;
• send automated or excessive requests, or attempt to overload the website;
• upload or transmit malicious code, or misuse table QR codes.

9. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but information may occasionally be incomplete or out of date, and the website may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

10. Intellectual property

The Nocturnal Malt Houze name and logo, and the text, images, films and design of this website belong to us or our licensors. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

11. Third-party services and links

The website uses third-party services such as an embedded Google Map and may link to other websites. Their content and practices are governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion; failing that, it is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
